Do you recognize any of the training programs for Quality Management below? I am sure most of you are very aware of them. In their own right, all are excellent programs and, when done well, provide significant results for the company that implements them. However, too many times, some unsightly issues get overlooked in the process.

How we make a difference

Our Success

At IAAT (International Association of Accredited Trainers), we aim to build a dynamic, open community of professional trainers because it is essential in today's world, where knowledge and expertise are highly valued. Whether you are a project manager, a business coach, or a corporate trainer, having a support system of like-minded individuals can make a significant difference in your professional growth and success.

Here are some practical steps we are looking to build and foster a community of professional trainers to support each other:

  • Identify the common ground: The first step is to provide ways for you to identify the ground that binds related field trainers together. Once you have identified the common ground, finding individuals who share your interests and vision becomes easier.
  • Organize events: There will be online workshops, conferences, and seminars made available to bring together trainers from different areas of expertise. Check out our quarterly QSELE Offerings.
  • Provide support: Supporting other trainers is crucial in building a community. Several services and resources are currently being discussed for implementation soon. Our online blog will host input from the body of members to ensure there is fresh and accurate material available monthly.
  • Stay connected: It is essential to stay connected with other trainers to build a lasting community. You can stay connected through social media or email or by organizing regular online meetings or events, where density allows even setting up local meetings.

We seek people willing to join, share in the initial growth, provide input, and continue building the foundation of something desperately needed in today's marketplace.
